My parents (60s) are visiting in December. Not too spicy, quiet, somewhere they can sit comfortably.

Try a hanjeongsik (Korean set course) place in Insadong. Many small dishes, nothing too spicy, and floor or chair seating. Book ahead on weekends.

Samgyetang (chicken soup with ginseng) near Gyeongbokgung is perfect for parents. Gentle and warm in winter.
